Refund policy.

When you can get a refund on your Meridian pre-order, how refunds are issued, and how long they take.

24-hour refund window

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of your payment. To request a refund, email mp@getmeridian.health with your order details, and we will return the full amount you paid.

After 24 hours

After the 24-hour window, the order is non-refundable, as we begin scheduling your home blood draw and committing laboratory capacity to your order.

If your sample fails quality control

Separately, if your sample does not pass the laboratory quality-control check, we will arrange a fresh collection and re-run at no additional cost to you, or, if you prefer, issue a full refund.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment partner (Razorpay). Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.

How to request a refund

Email mp@getmeridian.health within 24 hours of payment with your order details, and we will confirm and process the refund. See our Cancellation Policy for how to cancel a pre-order.
