- 01You can join once we have completed a whole genome sequence for you and that order is fully paid. This is the whole point of the programme: the people recommending this test should be people who have taken it.
- 02We pay ₹3,000 for each referred whole genome order, after the kit is delivered and the refund window has closed. Orders that are cancelled or refunded do not earn a payout.
- 03Your code takes ₹3,000 off whole genome sequencing. It cannot be stacked with another discount code, and it does not apply to our other tests.
- 04One code per person. You cannot use your own code, and we do not pay on orders placed by you or from your household.
- 05There is no cap on how many people you can refer and no minimum. Nothing expires if you refer nobody.
- 06You must not present yourself as an employee, agent or clinician of Meridian, and you must not use the Meridian name in paid advertising or in a domain name.
- 07You must not make medical claims, promise a result, interpret anyone's genetic data, or tell someone that this test will diagnose, prevent or treat a condition. It is a research-use test. Say what it is.
- 08Do not share anyone's genetic data or health information, including your own report, to make a sale. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages.
- 09Referral fees are income in your hands. We may be required to deduct tax at source before paying, and we will give you the certificate if we do. What you owe beyond that is between you and your accountant.
- 10We can change or end this programme at any time. Referrals already placed under the old terms are paid under the old terms.

No, and you should not behave like one. Send people to the site and let the test speak for itself. Terms 7 and 8 above prohibit making medical claims or interpreting anyone's data, and that is not a formality: getting it wrong could cause real harm to someone who trusts you.
