How and when you can cancel a Meridian pre-order, and what happens once sequencing has started.
24-hour cancellation window
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. To cancel, email mp@getmeridian.health with your order ID and the email used at checkout, and we will confirm the cancellation and start your refund.
After 24 hours
After the 24-hour window, the order can no longer be cancelled, as we begin scheduling your home blood draw and committing laboratory capacity to your order.

Changing your order
To change the number of kits or your collection details, email mp@getmeridian.health and we will update your order or adjust the amount where possible.
